Q: How long will it take to get my stone?

A: An average time frame is usually 6 - 8 weeks.

Q: When do we pay for the stone?

A: After you tell us to go ahead and place the order we will order a drawing for  you to see. A drawing is a mock up of what your stone is going to look like. When you approve the drawing we ask for a 50% deposit. When the stone is complete and in the cemetery we will bill you for the balance.

Q: Where does the stone get made?

A: We have most of our stones made in Barre Vermont, where Barre gray granite is quarried from.

Q: How much money does it cost to have our stone installed in the cemetery?

A: We do not charge for installation on a stone bought from us.

Q: Can I have an upright monument?

A: Every cemetery has different rules and regulations. We can help you figure that out. Sometimes it depends on how many grave spaces you have, depends on if your lot already has an upright monument, and some cemeteries don't allow any upright monuments.

Q: How do I add lettering to my gravestone?

A: Give us a call and we will go look at the stone to make sure there is enough room to add to your stone. We will also take a rubbing of what is there so it will be the same font and same size lettering. When it comes time to actually add the lettering to your stone we will bring the equipment to the cemetery and do it right on site.

Q: What is the process of lettering?

A: First we apply a rubber stencil. Second, we sandblast the rock. Lastly, the finished product. Although the process is more involved, the results are stunning.
